We did not study the field from the outside. We know it from within.
KYVOGEN was born inside a real telecom and fiber field-services operation – dozens of technicians on the road, hundreds of jobs a month, real SLAs. Our first product was developed for that operation and continues to run it today. Built by operators, not by a software vendor.
